The City of Raleigh Solid Waste Services (SWS) Department by way of this solicitation invites interested marketing consultants to submit proposals for the purpose of providing and implementing the marketing and sales of organic products produced by the Yard Waste Center, Division of Solid Waste Services located at 900 New Hope Road. The Request for Proposal (RFP) selection process is price and qualifications based. The selected firm shall enter into a contractual service agreement with the City of Raleigh to provide services for the proposed scope of work outlined in Section 2. The service contract shall be in effect for one (1) years commencing upon the City’s Notice to Proceed. Through a contract amendment, this Scope of Services may be extended by up to two (2) concurrent one-year extensions as mutually agreed by both parties. All work shall comply with applicable safety codes and ordinances and Federal & State transportation and motor vehicle laws.
