If one organization agrees to centralized billing and centralized coordination with the USCC for all of their products and facilities, it’s:
$850 (non-member and large facility)/ $650 (member and large facility) for the first facility or product
or $350 (non-member and small facility)/ $250 (member and small facility) for the first facility or product
+ $375 (non-member)/ $275 (member) for each additional facility or product *
If the organization does not agree to centralized billing and centralized coordination with the USCC, and asks for each facility to be billed and coordinated with separately, it’s:
$850 (non-member and large facility)/ $650 (member and large facility) for the first facility or product
or $350 (non-member and small facility)/ $250 (member and small facility) for the first facility or product
+ $375 (non-member)/ $275 (member) for each additional product *
And full-price for each additional facility-
$850 (non-member and large facility)/ $650 (member and large facility) for the first facility or product

The frequency you need to send in a sample to the lab to test, in order to stay in the STA Certified Compost program, is determined by the annual wet tonnage you manufacture. You pay the STA Certified Lab you choose -directly- for each sample you send in to them.

Definitions
Large Facility= Produce more than 2,500 tons/year, fee includes one product
Small Facility= Produce less than 2,500 tons/year, fee includes one product
*Additional products refer to compost produced from a different feedstock or at a different location. Compost blends that contain compost from an enrolled STA Certified Compost manufacturer is not required to pay additional fees. Please refer to the STA Certified Compost Rules Agreement and Amendment for details.
